Invitations for the 2018/19 Rivers National, Sat 20th – Sun 21st July, on the R.Dee, Llangollen, have been sent out to those who qualified:
Congratulations on securing a place in this year’s Rivers National Final.
Please read the content of this letter very carefully – you need to take action from 24th June.
The Final has 8 fishing/scoring sessions.
Day 1: Sessions 1 & 2. 09.45-11.15-12.45. Sessions 3 & 4.15.00-16.30-18.00.
Day 2: Sessions 5 & 6. 09.45-11.15-12.45. Sessions 7 & 8.15.00-16.30-18.00.
The draw splits the 32 Finalists into 4 groups A,B,C,D. These groups then fish or control as per the draw done Thursday evening.

Cost: Entry fee £91.00 non-members of LMAA / £55.00 members of LMAA (you will be asked to present your card to Andy Taylor before the match)
Practice: Final day is Sunday 7th July (inclusive)

Rules: Fishing will be to ATTEFF International Competition Rules and those Rule Modifications listed below. Rule Modifications
1. Trout, Grayling & Sea Trout 2. Size limit – minimum 20cm
You MUST:
Register at the hotel between 07:30-07:45 on the day on the 20th July. If you miss the registration, then you will miss the match. Any no show places on the 20th July will be taken by a Reserve who presents themselves at registration. If more than 1 reserve is present, then reserves will draw lots for the Final place(s). You must contact the organiser asap if you are going to be late.
Be a valid member of the Angling Trust to fish the National Final and agree to abide by the competition rules of AT-TEFF & fishery rules.
Attend the briefing that will be given at 07:45 on both days. At the conclusion of the calculation of the results on day 2, the final result will be finalised and announced shortly afterwards.
Food will be available from approx. 19:45 on Sunday 21st at the Hand Hotel.
