Since CEFF has merged with the Angling Trust to become Team England Fly Fishing (TEFF), a new constitution has been formulated to reflect these changes. This gave us the opportunity to review and modify the whole document to bring it into alignment with our practices and responsibilities going forward for the foreseeable future.
